REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our aim is for you to love your High Vibe Tees as much as we love creating them for you. Because we also love the planet and are committed to minimising waste and resources, we do everything we can to ensure we get it right the first time.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with the item you purchase, we will refund or replace within 21 days from the original purchase. The item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations or damages, and with any tags attached. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these requirements are not met.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you ordered a tee that’s just not quite perfect for you, instead of returning it you could turn it into a love bomb and pass it on to someone else to enjoy.

Write a love note telling someone how they make the world a better place, and give them the love note along with the tee as an I’m-so-glad-you-were-born gift.

You could even start a love wave by inviting the recipient to pay-it-forward with their own random act of kindness, and an invitation for that next recipient to also pass a love bomb on to someone. Who knows what you might inspire - all great movements start with one tiny action.

FAULTY ITEMS

Although we do everything we can to ensure this never happens, things can sometimes go wrong. In the rare event a product is faulty, or if we’ve mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can make it right.
1. Email us at support@highvibetees.com with the subject line: "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request"
2. Please include the following:
- A photo of the problem
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number
- If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
Our support team will respond as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

We process returns as quickly as possible and our support team will usually respond within 1-2 business days. To request a return please reach out to us.
1. Email us at support@highvibetees.com with the subject line: "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Return Request"
2. Please include the following:
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number
- If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to High Vibe Tees for an exchange or refund are the responsibility of the customer. They are NOT covered or reimbursed by us unless the item is faulty.


LOST ITEMS

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged during transit. For this reason, we use sturdy poly satchels to keep your purchase as safe as possible.
Customers are entitled to file a lost item claim only up to 3 months from date of purchase. Claims made after this period will be considered null and void.
